The Talisman condominiums are surprisingly large and are located in a very convenient location, near Interstate 435 and Wornall Road. What a great place to live for anyone who is working at the St. Joseph Hospital or all of the other jobs nearby along the I-435 corridor in both KCMO and Johnson County, KS! 

The monthly homeowners association (HOA)  dues are slightly on the higher side of things, but they include way more than the usual HOA dues, including some utilities.

When considering purchasing a condo with FHA financing, it is important to check to see if the condo is on HUD's approved list.  This can be done at the following link:

In 2013, six units sold with a low sale of $25,000 and a high sale of $34,800.

In 2014, four units sold with a low sale of $23,500 and a high sale of $54,000. 

In 2015, twelve units sold with a low sale of $27,000 and a high sale of $52,000.
