Gardner, Kansas is a growing suburb in the southern part of Kansas City. It is 31 miles, or 36 minutes, from downtown Gardner to downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Getting to Gardner is convenient as there are two Gardner exits off Interstate 35. Olathe, Kansas is only a 15-minute drive on I-35 from Gardner. Olathe is the county seat of Johnson County, Kansas.
